WordPress Website Development

WordPress website development, built around your designs.

Your agency brings the brief and the creative direction. We turn it into a responsive, maintainable WordPress website, with careful attention to design detail, content flexibility, and the parts that need to work behind the scenes.

01 What we do

What we handle on a WordPress build.

01

From Figma to WordPress

Translate approved layouts into working WordPress pages with responsive behavior, reusable patterns, and the interactions that matter to the design.

Responsive behaviorReusable patternsDesign interactions
02

Custom WordPress themes and builds

Build structured, maintainable websites tailored to project requirements rather than forcing every solution into a generic template.

03

Website redesigns and rebuilds

Modernize an existing website while accounting for content, functionality, URL structure, performance, and continuity during migration.

02 From design to handoff

From approved design to a website your team can actually manage.

  1. Your agency

    Approved designs

Figma files, brand guidelines, and the brief. Your creative direction stays intact.

  2. Together

    Component and content architecture

We map layouts into reusable components, templates, and editable content structures before building.

  3. Stadi Works

    WordPress development

Responsive implementation in the agreed stack. Breakdance is our primary builder, and we also work in Elementor, Bricks, Gutenberg, or custom code.

  4. Stadi Works and you

    Review and QA

Checks across screen sizes, forms and interactions tested, and a structured review round on staging.

  5. Handover

    Handoff

Editor guidance and documented decisions, so the client team can manage the site with confidence.

Fidelity, usability, and maintainability, kept in balance.

Design fidelity

The details your designers specified, kept, including spacing, type, and behavior between breakpoints.

Editor usability

Content structures that make sense to the people who update the site every week.

Long-term maintainability

Clean, conventional code and documented decisions, so the next developer can pick it up.

03 Redesigns and rebuilds

What a rebuild has to carry across.

A new design should not cost the client what already works. Before a live site is rebuilt, we review these five areas with your team.

Area
What we review
Why it matters
Content and media
What we reviewPage inventory, media library, structured data, and what moves as-is versus what is rewritten.
Why it mattersEditors keep what they rely on, and nothing is lost in the move.
URL structure
What we reviewExisting URLs, redirects, internal links, and the pages that matter most.
Why it mattersVisitors and search engines are not stranded by changed addresses.
Functionality
What we reviewForms, integrations, memberships, custom code, and plugin dependencies.
Why it mattersBehavior clients depend on keeps working, or is replaced on purpose.
Performance baseline
What we reviewHow the current site loads and behaves before the rebuild begins.
Why it mattersThe new build can be compared against something real.
Launch plan
What we reviewStaging review, backups, cutover timing, and a rollback path.
Why it mattersThe switch is planned, not improvised.

Scope depends on the site. We assess it before committing to a plan.

04 Technology and approach

The right stack is the one your project can maintain.

The choice depends on four things, and we talk them through before building starts.

Existing stackEditor requirementsSite complexityMaintenance needs

If your agency has a preferred builder, we say plainly how well we know it, and work in it where we can do it justice.

Our primary builder
Breakdance

Where we have the deepest hands-on experience. It is our first recommendation when a project has no existing builder.

Also in our toolbox
ElementorBricksGutenberg

Elementor on existing projects, including customization. Bricks, which we are actively adopting. Gutenberg for native editor and block workflows.

Structured content and code
ACFPHPJavaScriptHTML and CSS

Custom fields, post types, and dynamic templates, plus code where a design or feature needs more than a builder can cleanly deliver.

05 Working with your agency

Built to slot into your delivery workflow.

You keep the client relationship and the creative direction. We take on the build, and keep you informed at each review point.

  • Design handoff

We review the files with your designers early and raise questions before they turn into rework.

  • Planned effort

Development time is estimated and agreed up front, so you can plan the project around it.

  • Responsive refinement

The space between breakpoints gets attention, not only the three review widths.

  • Structured reviews

Review rounds on staging, with feedback collected in one place.

  • A clean handover

Documentation and editor guidance, so your client’s team can take it from here.

White-label ready

Your clients stay yours.

How we handle confidentiality →
  • We stay behind your brandWe do not contact your end clients unless you authorize it. You control client communication.
  • Confidential by defaultClient details, credentials, and project files are protected, and we can work under an NDA when you need one.
  • No public mentionsWe never show a white-label project, or name your agency, without permission.

08 Questions

Straight answers about builds.

The specifics always depend on the project, so these are scoped answers rather than promises.

Yes. We review the files with your team first, flag anything unclear, and align on responsive behavior, components, and interactions before building.

Usually, yes. Breakdance is our primary builder. We also work with Elementor, Bricks, Gutenberg, and custom code, and we tell you plainly where we are strongest and when another approach would serve the project better.

That is a goal from the start. We structure templates and custom fields around what editors actually change, and hand over guidance with the site.

That is what the planning is for. We inventory content, map URLs and redirects, and agree a launch plan before anything moves. We would need to see the site before promising a result.
